LOCATION AND ARRIVAL:

  • Where are your accommodations?

    • We offer accommodation in Rovaniemi, Kilpisjärvi and Karesuvanto.

  • Where is the nearest airport and train station?

    • The nearest airports are in Enontekiö, Kittilä and Rovaniemi.

    • The nearest railway stations are in Kolari and Rovaniemi.

ACCOMMODATION:

  • Where can I get the keys?

    • The keys can be found in the key box.

  • Where are the villas located?

    • Villas are located in Rovaniemi, Karesuvanto, near Könkämäeno, in Syväjärvi in ​​the Tarvantovaara wilderness and in Kilpisjärvi.

SHOPS AND RESTAURANT SERVICES:

  • Where are the nearest shops and restaurants?

    • Kilpisjärvi has Kilpishalli and Restaurant Kilpis. In Rovaniemi there are malls, many shops and restaurants.

    • Karesuvanto has a Rajacafé Karesuvanto café-restaurant, a transport station (Neste) and a shop. Handlar's supermarket you can find accross the river in Sweden.

EXCURSIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • How many people can fit in the trip at one time?

    • We have planned excursions mainly for 2-8 people. If it is a larger group, contact our team and we will plan and tailor the trip just for your group.

TRANSPORTATION:

  • Do you arrange transportation to excursions?

    • Yes. We arrange pick-ups for excursions mainly in the Rovaniemi area. All pickups are negotiable all around Lapland.

  • Do you arrange other transportation?

    • We provide transportation services mainly in Rovaniemi area, Karesuvanto, Kilpisjärvi and between these destinations.

    • We provide also airport shuttle services at Rovaniemi and Enontekiö, and from Kittilä airport to Enontekiö.

    • All of our transportation services are customizable to your needs. Bookings and more information by email or phone.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?

    • Cancellation 7 days or earlier before the event or booking is free of charge.

    • 3-7 days before the event or booking, 50% of the payment will be charged.

    • Less than 48 hours before the event or booking, 100% will be charged.
